Rehabilitation and Adaptive Reuse of Historic Buildings

On 23 July, Lviv Culture Hub organized an event dedicated to the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of historic buildings.

Participants had the opportunity to explore three presentations showcasing different approaches to working with cultural heritage: UNESCO’s international experience of the rehabilitation of Mosul, the revitalization of Potocki Palace in Ivano-Frankivsk, and the transformation of the Counts Orlovsky Palace in Maliivtsi into a museum space.

The presentations were followed by a discussion moderated by Zoriana Rybchynska, focusing on the role of cross-sectoral cooperation, community engagement, and how cultural heritage preservation projects can become drivers of local community development.
